I would say my days had been pretty dark since last month. Its like the game I was playing, however instead of zombies, I have been dealing with a horde of Karens. Most people would say just shake it off, stay positive ( the last thing we don’t want to be these days 😁)
I was not feeling well so I had to ask for permission to logout early. That’s true.
I was lying in bed but haven’t close my tools yet when this CSAT came in from a customer I spoke with (though I can barely remember since I have a solitting headache and quite naseous)
I read the feedback where she’s thanking me for helping her restore her service because she actually needed it so she can file for unemployment. It makes me sad because she’s in a situation beyond my powers but makes me happy to know that I was able to make a little difference in someone’s life. Makes me realize that there’s still value in my existence.
PS. I can’t help but grab one of my precious bottle of beer to celebrate and hope everything works out for everyone out there 😁
