The feeling is mutual.


Your call center probably gets its share of regulars, mine is no different. Some bad, some awful, rarely good. Regulars are usually remembered for a reason, after all. Judging by today’s interaction, they feel the same about us.

Call comes in, I say the greeting, “Thank you for calling _____, this is Usedolds how may I assist you today?”

I hear “Aw, not this muthafucka again, goddammit!” And they hang up.

Not my biggest fan, I guess. Like I say, the feeling is mutual.

Wish I could do that when of our regulars calls in…not this asshole again! *Click*
