Ma’am, I’m just an outsourced minimum wage csa. If you think berating me will give you satisfaction that you took your revenge on company then more power to you, but I’m here to help so let me know how I can help?

Customer got connected and immediately wanted refund for their order but the order was not processed and looking at the local time of the placed order and the time she got connected, it was just a mere 28 seconds gap.

Now, order takes upto 2-3 minutes to be finalized even after you paid for it online even though the money was deducted instantly. This customer idk how, placed the order, refreshed the account, didn’t find the order and connected for refund all within this 28 seconds.

I explain to the customer that it will take 2-3 minutes for the order to be finalized and show up in account but the customer just starts throwing fit and wanted the refund right then and there within the minute as “she’s a busy person”. I explain to her we can wait on call for 2-3 minutes and that I’ll keep refreshing the account and as soon as I see the order is confirmed, I’ll initiate the refund but they just start cussing me (not bad words or slangs but just scammers and liers and those things).

I’ve had enough and went on, “Ma’am, I’m just an expendable outsourced minimum wage csa. If you think berating me will give you satisfaction that you took your revenge on the company then more power to you but I’m here to help so let me know how I can help other than this refund which will be finalized any moment now” (I refreshed 3-4 times more and the order was confirmed so I informed her it’s confirmed and I’m initiating the refund).

She asks me to proceed and after verification I initiated the refund and inform her and she says “sorry” and disconnects.

Idk if QA will get this but at that point I’ve had enough and wanted to shut her up to the soonest. Ahh well, we’ll see.
