I worked for in customer support and customer retention for a big media company for nearly 5 years until my branch my downsized. There was writing on the wall, but no formal notice.

I scrambled to find another job and found one quickly -they were impressed with my experience- but I’ve only been there 3 months and hate it. I’m sending the manager an “I quit” text tomorrow morning. Not spending another minute at that place.

In general though, I just need a break from call center life. Wish me luck.
