Anyone hate when clients want to confirm all the time things that are already confirmed?


I own a transportation company and I message clients as soon as they book greeting and confirming; only to have them message an hour later asking if everything is set.

Like no damn sherlock, why do you think I messaged you and sent you not one, but 2 separate emails?
