What is it like to work for a roadside assistance call center?

Got a job offer and i’m not sure if i should take it or not. The salary is good, which is why i’m considering it, but i’m curious. What is it like? Is it just like every call center, too hard? It would be my first job experience at a CC and i’m not sure what to expect.

Would love to hear your opinions, thoughts or advice. I’m a bit reluctant, especially since i have social anxiety and my mental health/self esteem has always been fragile.
