So YOU can’t get signed into YOUR online account, it’s asking for 2 factor verification, and YOU don’t have access to the email or the cell# on the account. YOU refuse to let me put in a different email for YOU, and somehow it’s all MY fault?
I get bonus points today for not hanging up on YOU.
