Any time a caller comes in unverified and isn’t listed as authorized on the account and they aren’t going to get in, after reviewing policy and wrapping up the call, I always imagine this classic scene from Home Alone 2: Lost in New York and my absolutely deviant mind imagines the policies and regulations as if they are the tommy-gun firing off and then a smile imagining “and merry Christmas ya filthy animal” 😎
