One of my tasks got pulled for qa, and the note I left was “sent email to have doc sent” and they dinged me because I didn’t say “sent doc” because the people who do the qa are from India and apparently don’t understand that? And I disputed this with our admin, and they said it stands because “they don’t know what sending an email to do something means” . And as an added bonus, I lost my entire monthly bonus because of it. UGH FUCKING FUCK
