I work a hell of a lot, for so little. On a team of 8, I consistently hit 25% of our total calls for the day for our team. And in order to get a 200$ bonus for that, I have to also not be A SINGLE MINUTE LATE. Or call out a SINGLE TIME in a month to get it clocked in at 10:01 when shift started at 10 on one of the last days of the month, and boom! Disqualified from a bonus. I don’t even think anyone is getting that shit. Wtf.
