Im literally about to quit my job. I can’t stand the lack of coverage

So I work for a call center/ help desk job at the tier 1 support level and im sick and tired. We are an internet company that helps people connect their devices to the wifi and our wifi sucks ass and of course our whole website is not user friendly or easy for people to navigate and it has stupid bugs on the site that just make our calls to these customers even longer. Also we are a small company but we are STILL a call center so the amount of workers they have at the job is unacceptable. When i first started, in the beginning of the day we had 4 workers that was okay coverage and then 7 in the evening. Now cause the company decided to move people up in the company instead of keeping our numbers for the calls coming through, we are shorthanded and just expected to take extra calls and deal cause its our job.

Saturday was my last straw from 8-12 I was ALONE. Just me for a whole call center and customers are aloud to leave voicemails for callback and over 70 voicemails for 4 hrs cause i obviously cant get to everyone. Same on Sunday, I was alone from 8-11 and its supposed to just be okay with me. Im pissed and im sick and tired of rude customers and idiots that don’t know how to navigate how to turn fucking wifi on a phone. When they hire new people, their schedules are set for the evening. I am the ONLY 8-5 shifter and everyone else is 10- whatever and im fucking sick of this shit. This definetely showed me that i do not want to do help desk or any job where my main thing is to take and make many calls throughout the day.
