I, until recently, was an underpaid agent for a call/chat center for an internet provider. I got a call one day and noticed the customer’s name was in our system. I won’t say who, though you may guess, but she was one of the David Dobrik members and is recently an Only Fans star. I thought it may be a coincidence but the location matched up to the real life lady. Never liked her though even when I unfortunately used to watch him and his crew a while ago.
She seemed nice at first, though I could tell she was doings common thing where they will run through what amounted to a script to get discounts on their bill. Which is fine, we can do that it just usually comes with some annoying fanfare. In this case though she did not have the security code that is required due to being at a vacation home. That’s understandable so I let her know and go through a bunch of different authentication steps that she cannot for one reason or another (all valid reasons mind you). I let her know that we can go over general information, but unless she finds a way to authenticate with one of these options then we cannot assist.
She got pissed at this point and said her fiancé had all of that information and she didn’t care what I have to do to get that information/credit. I apologized and she said I didn’t know how to do my job and finally ended the call.
