This call literally just happened a few seconds ago. Long story short, she added a second phone line, but she was transferred to me because of some issues with that line.
After that is fixed, she asks me what her rate is. I tell and I swore her head spun 360 degrees. I’m sure someone told her how much when everything was added but she didn’t pay attention.
She says she pays in advance so she doesn’t pay attention to the bill. Okay fine, but you should still know what you’re spending money on. Especially if you’re spending a couple of hundred dollars per month.
