Today a gentleman called in. He was calling in the wrong area – which he told me just shut up. . He was looking to add life insurance. I was only in the medical, dental, rx drug dept. I tried to tell him. He kept shushing me and telling me to shut up. I’m useless. What’s wrong with me. He was clearly in the wrong dept. Thank God he asked for my supervisor .
