Had a very funny encounter not long ago today. It was brief, but man was it amusing.
I work for a medical supply company providing OTC products to Medicare Parts A-D recipients. They can call and order and their stuff comes to their house for free.
Had one lady call, saying her ID numbers weren’t working to access the website. She says she knows it was her phone hackers. She said. I quote.
Her: “The phone hackers shut off my card because they’re mad at me for calling the cops on their Meth lab. I think its back up because when I go to my son’s house I can still smell it. But they really didn’t like me getting their ring busted. Anyway, can you get my card to work?”
Me: “…….of course”
