I’ve been at the call center job for 5 years now.

4 years with an OTA where i worked fraud recovery.

Covid happened and the account downsized. Got transferred to my account now which is also an OTA but we handle multiple companies.

I’ve been with this account for 1 year and a half and i am slowly losing my mind. I dont know how long i can take it anymore. My previous account didnt have me on phones so this is my first time.

The number of people who are straight up problems to work with are straight up insurmountable.

Allow me to make this call easy? Nope, Karen has to dictate how the call goes. Adding every unnecessary bit of dialogue to drag the call on.

We’re not allowed to hang up, or interrupt. I just dont know how much longer i can last. The really good pay just doesnt seem worth it anymore.
