sorry just here to vent, long story short i work as a telemarketer for an internet provider, we basically sell internet plans per phone… so when someone say that they’re not interested, i wish them a good day and hang up , but to my manager i am a lazy worker who don’t do his job correctly, i should insist THREE times before hanging up, means if someone say that they’re not interested, i should ask why and when and who and just keep talking until they either insult me / hang up on me while i am talking, but i can’t do that shit man, i am physically unable to keep going with someone whoCLEARLY don’t need anything, this is literally the most humiliating job i’ve ever had, can’t wait to start my business and if nothing works i’d rather become homeless then to stay in this job.
