Does it get any easier?

Just started my new job at a call center for major telco company. This is my first ever call center job, today was my 3rd day taking calls. All of the training in the world didn’t prepare me for these scenarios, or customers, but Im learning. Any advice or tips? It’s just crazy being on the receiving end, and having to seamlessly navigate multiple screens, notate, listen actively to what the customer is saying, AND carry on conversation? To the people who have done this for years, youre a solider.
