Just wanted to vent I guess.
Technically he wasn’t really a customer, just some guy that bought one of our products from someone else and wanted information and assistance for it.
I told him we can’t help him and can only arrange a technician to attend if he would like. He told me he doesn’t want anything to do with our company and to stop being stupid. I said him “I don’t have to carry this conversation further if you’re going to be a dickhead” and hung up on him.
I peeped into the (old and cancelled) account a few mins later and looks like he had called back and reported me because my manager was accessing the account.
Feeling pretty good right now but I think once the adrenaline wears off the regret will kick in.
Guess I’ll start browsing seek.com again.
