Irritating callers

I was reading my call closing and this lady comes and says: “Can you repeat that I didn’t understand anything you said, it sounds like your purposely doing it so that we can’t understand. Can you do it again? Maybe this time you should do it so that everyone can understand” Now mind you, i was not speaking fast at all and was just reading at an understandable and relatively slow pace, just like I had the rest of the call. She was acting like she was my supervisor and actually had me repeat the same sentence two times. Really? You could understand the whole call but now you have some sort of hearing problem?
Just had to vent that out lol
