Advice needed please

[ad_1]

I have been working in call centers for a good portion of my professional life and I find myself in a little bit of a conundrum. I recently left T-Mobile call center after a little over 2 years prior to that I was working for Verizon wireless for about 4 years. I left T-Mobile for an opportunity as a direct hire with Fidelity in their 401k department. I am just starting week 2 in training and I just got a call from southwest asking me to attend their April training class for the customer service role. Southwest will be a completely remote work from home job upon completing a 6 week training course. Fidelity is still not sure of what model they will adopt, our training is currently remote and they are leaning on a hybrid type working model. I was seeing if anybody had some insights or advice as to which avenue I should pursue. Any input would be lovely. Current or former employees if you can share your experiences as well that would be awesome. Thanks in advance.
