First call experience ever

First time working on a Call Center, today I got my first call experience and it was terrible, the person was yelling from the very beggining. I was so clueless that I didn’t even know how to talk with her, and when I thought that the call was ending she told to still on line. I was there hearing the conversation between the person and the bank for half an hour. At the end, I couldn’t do anything and well, this is how my life is gonna be from now
