I do tech support for a cell carrier. I receive so many complaints about the service. I see coverage maps which leave me no doubt about why the service is so bad. I also see maps where the coverage looks great, and yet the customer still has problems. After encountering these issues so many times, I would not want to be a customer. To be fair, however, I sometimes wonder whether I just have a skewed perspective. People call tech support only when they have a problem. They never call tech support to tell us how great their service is. Do you deal with the same questions?
