Hi all. I just need to vent. Do you all have a team leader that’s incredibly obnoxious and b**tch. Most of my TL are great but this one woman acts likes its a chore. She answers the phone like she doesn’t want to be there. I mean who does but as a team leader you should at least fake it. She treats everyone like they are stupid. That doesn’t fly with me. I’ve been in this industry for over 20 years and each company does things differently. I’ve been in management positions as well and I would fire this person if she were under my watch. People have quit because of her. When she is the only one in the supervisor queue I’ll call my customers back and wait for another supervisor to become available just to avoid talking to her. And in between all of this I am trying to quit smoking. She’s not helping.
