I currently work in tech support for a cable company in the US, but the collections side of my brain slightly malfunctioned when this statement was said.

People do realize that a payment is due on or around the same day every month, right? Whether you get a paper statement or an email, the amount due is still there. If you’re not sure how much is due because you’re not able to get a hold of a statement or email, you can ask us. Either a human or an IVR would tell you. Then we can look into why you’re not getting statements. Help us help you!
