Why can’t you find my phone in the desert?

[ad_1]

I was working for a cell phone service provider in customer support.

I received a call from a woman who confirmed her account info and then started asking me to track her phone.

I let her know that we do not track phones like that and walk her through the steps of using Google maps to locate her phone.

She then proceeds to yell and berate me because google maps just tells her that is somewhere in this general area on a map with no landmarks.

I asked when the last time she saw it was and she tells me she lost it 4 hours ago while horsebackriding in the desert.

Long story short she is changing her service provider because I was not able to find her phone in the desert for her.
