Happened last week, it’s happened before but not in a few months. Someone from a company we do business with called to say they were filling out our information in this file and need our license number, ok. Then “and what is your company phone number?”
I told them it’s the number they called because fuck it I’m not recorded anyway and I’m too busy for this bs, then of course get “Ok but can you just tell it to me right now?”
And I’m not complaining about that person because I know the other company requires they all follow a strict script… I just can’t get over someone calling a company to ask what their phone number is.
