I work for an inbound call center that sends free OTC products to those that have the benefit through their insurance. They call us when they want their free stuff.
C=Customer
Me: *normal greeting*
C: Hi. I just cut myself real bad and I need a first aid kit.
Me: Ok, well if you’re bleeding right now seek medical attention first
C: Well here’s my insurance ID I need that kit now.
Me: *types in ID, doesn’t come up* The number you gave me isn’t coming up. What insurance do you have?
C: *something we don’t cover*
Me: We don’t cover that insurance.
C: Then what should I do?
Me:….seek…. medical attention?
*Customer hands up*
