Please take the time to make memos on any account

I’ve worked in multiple different call centers and my main problem across all of them is the lack of notes, it causes so many problems and messes up our stats when we have to take so much more time to gather all the information from the last 4 months of account changes just to figure out that the customer just needs something quite simple.
