Passive Aggressive Last Day

My last day working for a certain vacation ownership company was last week. One of my last callers started off angry, the whole “I’ve been on hold for 40 minutes” thing. What they were asking for was ridiculous and completely out of the realm of possibility. I told them as much and they asked for a supervisor. So I passive aggressively placed them on hold for about an hour, then cold transferred them to a line I knew no one would answer. Victory.
