Guy called in because we didn’t send him a check for .09 cents. Yes…CENTS. Our policy is after 90 days, anything less than a $1 will get zeroed out. Guy was like I demand you send me a check for .09 cents. I was like Sir that’s not gonna happen…he was like I refuse to use your card until I get it. Needless to say the notes read ” demands a .09 cent check”
