Had a lady yesterday yelling at me for about 15 minutes non stop about how she is tired of being out of power almost every month. Looking at her outage history she had one other outage in the past 5 months, and right now on the east it is storm season so that’s why. She went on and on how if women were in charge this wouldn’t happen, how men are corrupt and politicians let this happen, and all of them are going to hell!
Anyway, as much as I hate these calls I also love them. All I do is sip my water and let them go off because for me its just a 10 minute break to a monologue.
