“How do I hang up our call?”
In today’s adventures of a Customer Service Rep.
Customer: Hi I’m calling in because I need help hanging up this phone call Me: Okay, would that be on (other customers phone line)? Customer: No, on the one I’m calling from. Me: Um…okay. So I’m talking to you on that line right now. Customer: Yes. Me: Do you have someone else on hold? Customer: No. Me: So just to clarify… you called me… to ask how to hang up…this call… Customer: That’s correct. I need to hang up this call I’m on right now. I’ve never had issues before on hanging up. Me: uh alright. I can help you (guides customer on where the call end button is) Customer: I think I found it
