He wants a divorce

Customer calls in because he wants to transfer his funds from his card into his external bank account but is unable to do so. I look up the account and see that he failed the verification by putting in the wrong trial deposits the same day.

I guide him through the process of deleting and readding the bank account and explicitly tell him that the trial deposits will take a few days and he needs to be patient.

I then remind him that I can send him a refund check as well. He says he wants that and he wants a divorce.

I call out: What a relief! Let me serve you with papers and issue your refund check.

Have a good day click

Yes it was a recorded line and I’m proud of that one. He was very demeaning.
