How hard can it POSSIBLY be
I work for dental insurance in a call center. The number of times we get phone calls about coordination of benefits is crazy. The customers get mad at us for denying dental claims because no one ever told us they have 2 insurance companies and now we dont know who is primary or secondary.
Honestly, do people think we are mind readers? We’re not going to ALWAYS pay as primary. They get mad saying “I dont know why I need to tell you this” um..because we need to know??
