My last day at all centre and my favourite customer

So today will be my last day at my job I will be sacked at 2am I have multiple interviews already lined up and sent out nearly 20 job applications 10 today alone and I have been slowly applying for a few weeks so things will be fine I just wanted to scare my most baffling call I ever received

So I’m a 21 year old Scottish lad working at the biggest tv company in the uk in the billing and debt system we also provide mobile and broadband and landline

This very drunk woman called in her late 40’s and also Irish so how she got to me I have no idea I deal With calls from the uk mainland only

She demands very aggressively to know why we cut her phone line off. Now we do this when a customer spends a high amount on calls for a month and require payment to get the line on we do this incase of a tech issue making the phone call out or scam issues

She had spent 200 quid calling a Armenia. She explains this is her brother she needs to speak with she is very drunk and aggressive swearing at least once every sentence

She picks up on my accent while I explain she has to pay which she refuses to do and starts to rant about the troubles now these were long before I was born and for yous of that don’t know the British army ended up fighting the IRA and sadly civilians were caught in the cross fire and it’s a massive point of pain to this day

She starts to scream at me for being a prodie wanker So Protestant since all British people are. I tried to keep things civil between us yet she keeps going I then explain if she kept swearing that I would have to hang up I’m trying not to laugh my ass off at this point giggle into my hand

She starts may have heard me and blames me personally for the troubles and said the IRA are coming for you Tyetye they will cut you throat and bomb your call centre and slammed

This call lasted nearly 20 minutes swearing and all the whole times I was giggling the whole times after a year and a half in the billing and debt department
