Thank you and I’m sorry!

So I’m currently working at my 4th call center job, finally found one that works with me and isn’t isp tech support shudder. One thing I’ve noticed is that the racism from our US customers towards overseas has gotten so much worse, and it was already really bad. I had a coworker get an escalated call from done poor agent crying because the customer was so mean to them just for trying to help. This is unacceptable. So I just wanted to say to all of my wonderful coworkers and peers overseas that you’re doing great! We appreciate you’re working with us and dealing with it, and the bulk of us hate hearing the words “where are you located” because even though we know that they’ll be fine with us, it’s still super uncool. I continue to try to fight this racism but there’s only so much I can say to a customer on a recorded line. Pop me a DM if you wanna vent, I’m here for ya! I love this sub I’ve been on it for years, never posted, I usually don’t post, but I felt I needed to say this.
