"You haven’t been helpful."

I hate that phrase and it’s variants. That was used by one of my first customers of the day today after I specifically said what I was doing to help her. I think the reason was that it takes a day to get a reply from the specific team I was contacting and she wanted a resolution right that minute.

Any time that I try to provide a customer with a resolution, I’m attempting to provide them with assistance. Whether they take that as helpful or not is up to them. Them not taking it does NOT make me unhelpful.

Sorry, just needed to rant.
