Rude lady calls and mocks me

I’m a Loan advisor on a call center, which means we need to verify information on customer’s bank accounts so we can approved them for a loan, one of the ways we can do this is via their online banking with a tool that give us a read only copy of their bank statement.

This lady calls, super rude since the beginning not letting me finish my speech greeting, trying to do this bank verification, I stuck to my script (since that’s what I am instructed to do) and lady gets super impatient, at one time this lady says “I’m tired of waiting for this s**t” and then she told me “go on send me the link (for the bank verification), so I can do it and call back so I get another representative and stop listening to your stupid irritating gay voice” and then she proceeded to rant about how she can’t stand my “irritating gay” voice and then proceeded to mock me speaking like me like the little 6 year old child she is.

This was my first call today also *sigh*
