customer – i got transferred to you.

me – okay how can i help?

customer – i was on the phone for 1 hour with a rep trying to buy a product.

me – explains the issue in less than 3 minutes.

customer – that’s ridiculous that shouldn’t be an issue.

OKAY CUSTOMER. WHATEVER YOU SAY.

customer – if you can’t help me with this ridiculous system then i need someone on the phone who can!

Fine. Your wish is my command but I already told you the way the system works and a programmer isn’t going to magically fix the system in five minutes to suit your needs.
