How many of you would never do business with the company for whom you do customer/technical support because you now know better?

Call center employees get an inside perspective of how bad things can get. Granted, they typically hear only from the angry customers. Customers will not call in just to say what a wonderful experience they have had. Still, when you hear the same complaints over and over, and you look at the same data over and over (data which only people on the inside see), then it can erode your confidence in that company.
