Rant time. I absolutely despise when a rude customer will call in, treating you like crap because their bill is too high. You find ways to lower the bill and their still ungrateful and do not even say thank you. Then you have the sweetest customer who has a conversation that needs help but there are no ways to help them. You wish you could lower their bill but there is no way. Super frustrating.
