I wanted to say thank you!

I just wanted to let all of you know you are very appreciated and thank you for taking care of us.

I used to work in a call center for a big bank. I know callers can be great or awful. I always try to be great. It never serves to be awful to those who are helping you.

Today I have had to call 4 call centers. Wait times were long but I 100% understand that. That is not a representative’s fault. I was needing to deal with an insurance claim and had to get things lined up several centers. I was warm transfered to every department I needed to talk to. Plus given the exact number to where I needed to be if I was somehow disconnected.

At one point I was disconnected but I’m sure it was on my end. In the middle of trying to call back to start over THEY CALLED ME BACK. The reps at all 4 centers I had to call were compassionate and quick about doing what they needed to.

They did amazing and yes I gave them great survey answers. Really made the whole process great. I really appreciate that level of service.

I really just wanted to say thank you. Keep up the great work you’re doing. Right now call centers are the only real point of contact you have with companies and you guys have a lot on your plates right now. Some of you may be doing jobs you were just thrown into because of the call volume. You’re doing great. You got this. And thank you! Continue being your kind, badass selves!
