A customer won’t let me read my required script

I had a customer who was so entitled today and wanted assistance with her product. I had to let her know I have to read a quick script and she told me she didn’t want to hear it. I told her I understand but it is a requirement. She started insulting my intelligence and saying That yes times are hard but it shouldn’t change how we do our job and we should be more careful of who we hire.Also she kept referring to my last senior Advisor as a “little girl”. Also wouldn’t stop doing her evil chuckling.This was the same day my brother had a breakdown and was talking about suicide. Needless to say I put her on hold and transferred her to a supervisor. God some people just don’t deserve to be helped. What a vile woman.
