Work for an ISP, have this conversation daily.
Me: Hi you’re through to — ISP, how can I help?
Cust: Hi my internet isn’t working
Me: it looks like your account is suspended due to non payment for the last 3 months. Would you like to make a payment now?
Cust:How long will it take to turn the internet back on if I make the payment now?
Me: it can take up to an hour.
Cust: WTF THAT IS RIDICULOUS, WHY CANT YOU TURN IT ON IMMEDIATELY, DONT YOU HAVE A BUTTON TO TAKE IT BACK ON STRAIGHT AWAY? THATS DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Wtf is wrong with these people
