The U.K. has had a few bad storms over the last few weeks and I understand the logic of having to take a day off and still wanting to be productive. So you make some calls you can’t do when you are at work.
But…… seriously. If you are taking a snow day, don’t you think the call centre might be short staffed. And maybe the company you are calling gets busier during extreme weather events as there are more emergencies to deal with.
