Got screamed at today.

Short, but it was a short call.

I had a customer call in today. I verified his identity, and after pulling up his account noticed we were missing some vital information. I told him that before we could continue, I’d need this information.

He yelled in my ear and hung up. Didn’t even use any words, just let out this loud noise of frustration and ended the call.
