My all time favorite line from anyone I talk to at the call center. You ALWAYS know something shitty is to follow. I currently work for a dental insurance agency in benefit services & I have to admit I had my best follow up to this statement the other day.
Caller was upset because we didn’t pay his claim for a service that was simply non covered on his policy.
Caller: “This isn’t directed at you but this is bullshit. Guess I’m going to go outside & chew on rocks & see if y’all will pay for that.” click
I definitely got a good laugh out of this one.
