I had someone yesterday that I will never forget. This man was mad because his son screwed up and it would cost $800 to fit. This man yelled and screamed at me for 15 minutes, talking down to me like it was the biggest idiot. I will chalk it up to him not understanding company policies and system limitations, but what i will always remember is “I pay you a lot of money, I’m allowed to talk to you like this.” Wow. Just wow.
