I don’t work for DropBox

I just got off this call and needed a break and letting steam out. Sorry if this doesn’t make sense.

Customer call asking to map a network drive to sync an online library to his computer. Sure, whatever. It’s not recommended, but you do you.

So we get it done, then he asks me if he can sync another, local network drive to his website. I explain that no, it doesn’t work that way.

Then he asks me if he can do it with Dropbox. I don’t know, I don’t work for them. He asks me to open a new ticket to address the Dropbox question. I tell him I can’t, I don’t work for them.

After 5 minutes he gives up and ask me to close the ticket. He gives me bad feedback.

Because I don’t work for Dropbox.
